Being self-employed is a tricky thing. We all hit that point where we realize we need to honor our commitments no matter what that means in our lives. How many of us when we first started our businesses thought, “finally I can do things my way!”? Me too, and it’s great! There is a point though where we ALL realize that we need to get things finished and out the door! Sometimes we bite off more than we can chew and other times, we simply underestimate the time needed or that firm deadline that waits for no one! This episode is one of those experiences. It happens to all of us… The goal is to learn from these experiences and make changes to avoid them in the future. Enjoy! Mark Farrell “The Jeweler”
