Day 1 in Thailand (No Way to Pay for Anything!) I’M OUT OF QUARANTINE!! I find myself having different problems now, like currency. I have money and I want to spend it, though no one wants what I have and getting what I need is proving harder than it seems. It turns out most currency exchanges are closed on a holiday weekend, in a country with virtually no tourism at the time, on a Saturday before 10am. This doesn’t seem like an issue until you check out of your hotel at 7am and find yourself stranded. Luckily the Thais are great! They always find a way! Enjoy! Mark Farrell “The Jeweler”
