When you surround yourself with like-minded people that all have different skills and excel in different areas amazing things can happen! This is when you can really see the value and power of what a team can do vs. just an individual trying to do it all! I know this is hard for a lot of us because we feel the training and upfront time investment is too much for us. I felt this way too, the thing I found out is I was looking to build the wrong team. It wasn’t until I decided to build a team that would take things off my plate that HAD to get done. I also learned that all of these things were things I didn’t NEED to do and to be honest… the end results are BETTER than if I were the one to do them!
